Byron York: Showdown looms over Trump dossier; FBI misses third deadline to turn over subpoenaed documents

It is time to haul Sessions in front of Congress and show reason why he (or someone else) should not be held in contempt.
Congress should then see a judge to enforce the subpoena. Let them ignore at their own peril.
