Khizr Muazzam #Khan Misquotes U.S. Constitution about Immigration

This doesn’t change the story of his son (but see our previous posting about that) but it does impeach the credibility of Mr. Kahn, who is supposed to be a lawyer.  In any case, Trump should not touch this issue until the allegations about the Muslim Brotherhood can be confirmed by other sources.  If he is a member, or sympathizer, then Trump and the conservative media should attack the Dems full throttle.  Go after the Dems for featuring a traitor rather than attacking the child.

The media has been all over it, saying that Trump attacked the father of a U.S. war hero. As Khan levied his attack against Trump, the Republican nominee in the 2016Presidential Election tweeted, “Mr. Khan, whodoes not know me, viciously attacked me from the stage of the DNC and is now all over T.V. doing the same – Nice!” Mr. Trump followed up with, “This story is not about Mr. Khan, who is all over the place doing interviews, but rather RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISM and the U.S. Get smart!”Special: #azk32251 > a { color: red; font-weight: bold; } Vegas Says Goodbye To The Legendary Celine Dion: Read Why Here…

Mr. Khan is also, it is being said, connected to the Muslim Brotherhood.I have been teaching classes on the U.S. Constitution since 2008. I have written three books specifically regarding the U.S. Constitution. My radio programs, both online, and on the AM dial, have been largely focused on spreading constitutional literacy. If anyone knows the answer to the question about vetting immigrants from a constitutional standpoint, it’s me.I turned to the woman and said, “No, Kahn is very wrong.”The clause that addresses “religious tests” in the U.S. Constitution is in Article VI where it states, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”Special: #azk32252 > a { color: red; font-weight: bold; } Reese Witherspoon is “Legally SKINNY”
